Famous for their beautiful and capable espresso machines, Profitec endeavored to create a grinder to match. The fruits of their labor produced the Pro T64, an electronic grinder with a clean and industrial design and programmable dosing options.<br />
At first glance, the Pro T64 distinguishes itself with its straightforward appearance. With clean lines and a rectangular body, the grinder is housed in stainless steel with plexiglass side panels and stands on raised rubber feet while the grounds chamber is made of aluminum. Resting on top of the grinder, the 500 gram bean hopper is made of tinted plastic to keep out light and features a locking mechanism for easy removal.<br />
Internally, coffee is ground in combination by the powerful 450W motor and 64mm stainless steel burrs. When fine tuning your grind settings, the Pro T64 uses stepless adjustment allowing for infinite burr movement to dial in your precise grind fineness. Once you've dialed in your grind, you can program the single and double shot buttons with your preferred times within 1/10th of a second for maximum precision.<br />
Final touches that round out the grinder include the adjustable portafilter bracket for hands free grinding, optional catch tray for loose grounds, and a shot counter to keep track of how many total shots of coffee you've ground.<br />
